📋 Description

• Set the vision, strategy, and priorities for psychiatry external engagement, RMM, and promotional
• Lead, coach, and develop the leaders and teams responsible for regional marketing, external expert
• Lead a differentiated external expert engagement strategy that identifies and strengthens
• Oversee the end-to-end steering committee/advisory board process, from strategic planning, expert
• Set and oversee the team's congress strategy, partnering cross-functionally across Marketing
• Oversee the strategy and execution of high-impact promotional medical education, including speaker

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• At least 8 years of relevant pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience, including
• Proven success leading leaders and teams, with demonstrated ability to set direction, build
• Experience leading external engagement, regional marketing, peer-to-peer education, speaker
• Demonstrated ability to develop integrated strategies and translate complex market, customer, and
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercialization, healthcare professional engagement
