Director, Quality Engineering

📋 Description

• Lead the US portion of the Central Quality org and partner with India.
• Track product quality across engineering and drive testing improvements.
• Own release processes, automation, and quality reporting initiatives.
• Manage 3 US teams for shared test environments, automation, and reporting.
• Drive next-gen test automation, smoke testing frameworks, and tooling.
• Mentor managers and foster technical excellence across globally distributed teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in software engineering with strong test automation.
• 10+ years of management experience, incl. 3+ years managing other managers.
• Experience leading Engineering Productivity/Tooling or Internal Developer Platform.
• Strong background building scalable test automation (Python, Go, or Java).
• CI/CD pipelines experience (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and test infrastructure.
• Experience overseeing OPS/SRE for distributed test environments.
