📋 Description

• Own end-to-end real estate strategy across New York, San Francisco, and Seattle, including
• Run the full lease transaction lifecycle: market analysis, site selection, RFPs, letters of intent
• Own sublease strategy and manage sub-tenant relationships from identifying underutilized space to
• Lead all real-estate capital projects (new construction, expansions, renovations, reconfigurations
• Own workplace strategy and employee experience: amenities, F&B, guest services, and design
• Lead in-house facilities management across offices, including maintenance, services, and space

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in corporate real estate, workplace operations, or facilities leadership
• At least 3 years of people management experience for a decentralized team
• Proven hands-on experience negotiating leases, managing buildout projects, and managing subleases/su
• Strong command of facilities management, including capability to source and hold contractors
• Demonstrated focus on building and maintaining a strong employee office experience
• Ability to collaborate effectively at the executive level
