Director, Real World Data Insights

📋 Description

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define data assets for client research.
• Leverage claims, EMR, lab, chargemaster, SDOH data to address client questions.
• Co-lead discovery with clients on data strategy, study design, cohorts.
• Translate complex needs into actionable guidance for cross-functional teams.
• Mine HealthVerity data using SQL or Python to uncover insights.
• Develop tailored data strategies to meet research and business goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in epidemiology, public health, statistics, health economics, or life sciences.
• 3+ years in a consultative, client-facing role (RFI/RFP, client meetings).
• 5+ years designing/executing RWD, epidemiology, HEOR, or RWE studies.
• Proficient in SQL or Python; ability to coach others in code/scripts.
• Subject matter expertise across data types (claims, EMR, labs, PROs).
• Exceptional attention to detail and risk mitigation.
