Director, Recruiter & Referral Partnerships

📋 Description

• Own Altruist's recruiter and referral partner channel end-to-end, from choosing partners through
• Build and manage a roster of advisor-recruiting and transition-consulting firms. Add new partners
• Build and grow relationships across the wider RIA ecosystem, including industry organizations such
• Manage referral agreements with Finance and Legal, including AUM-based payout terms, measurement
• Make Altruist the platform partners recommend. Train them on our offering, the firms we serve best
• Run referral intake and routing to Sales, set follow-up standards, and close the loop with partners

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years in wealth management or financial services, with exposure to advisor recruiting, advisor
• Relationships with advisor recruiting or transition consulting firms, or experience working with
• Established relationships across wealth management, investment, technology, and industry
• A strong understanding of the RIA, wealth management, asset management, custody, or investment
• An understanding of how advisors move from wirehouses and broker-dealers to the independent RIA
• Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
