📋 Description

• Lead the development and execution of the national digital recruitment and applicant experience
• Oversee end-to-end digital campaign strategy, creative direction, budget allocation, and
• Direct internal contributors and external agencies responsible for media buying, campaign
• Own the strategy for the learner-facing website, ensuring an intuitive user experience that
• Oversee the complete applicant experience across paid media, websites, applications, email, SMS
• Lead the creation and optimization of recruitment-focused digital content, including email and SMS

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams, including providing direct coaching, setting
• Proven track record of designing, auditing, and optimizing operational workflows to reduce
• Strong technical understanding of digital platforms and systems, including website content
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot and CRM platforms, with Salesforce
• Demonstrated expertise in paid media and growth marketing, including campaign strategy, budget
• Experience leading the development and governance of multichannel digital content and automated
