📋 Description

• Translate global HR strategy into region-specific plans
• Coach Australian and Polish leaders on employment legislation
• End-to-end performance processes and coaching for high performance
• Handle complaints and risk matters with timely, accurate advice
• Stay compliant with local laws and company guidelines
• Own ESG strategy as part of P&C SLT

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 10+ years as a P&C BP/HR Manager/Senior HR advisor
• Strong understanding of Australian employment legislation
• Experience diagnosing organizational needs and rolling out programs
• Relationship-building and coaching across diverse stakeholders
• Excellent written, verbal, visual communication and organizational skills
