🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, nursing, or related field, or
• At least seven years of progressive experience in healthcare operations, physician practice
• At least three years of people management or multi-site operational leadership experience
• Demonstrated success improving performance across multiple physician practices, healthcare
• Strong knowledge of physician practice operations and healthcare revenue cycle processes
• Ability to interpret complex operational and financial metrics
