Director, Regulatory Compliance

📋 Description

• Lead regulatory compliance program, strengthening governance, controls, monitoring, and trainings.
• Design and operationalize an AI-forward regulatory compliance program to accelerate maturity and scale.
• Develop and maintain master control and requirements libraries for compliance.
• Oversee post-implementation compliance, monitoring controls and assurance work.
• Lead risk assessments and audits, including EU DSA and UK OSA.
• Advise leadership on regulatory obligations and compliance risks.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in compliance, legal, risk, or audits; in-house preferred.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and control environments.
• Ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements and operationalize them.
• Experience working cross-functionally across Legal, Internal Audit and Business.
• Experience applying AI to streamline regulatory programs.
