Director, Revenue Accounting

📋 Description

• Lead global revenue accounting activities, including monthly close, revenue recognition
• Review and interpret complex contracts across software licenses, subscriptions
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, and Deal Desk to structure non-standard deals aligning terms with
• Establish SSP methodologies and update as products/pricing evolve.
• Support external audits as a key point of contact for revenue matters.
• Modernize revenue systems and processes using automation and AI for scalability and accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• 8–10+ years in revenue accounting, including public accounting and high-growth tech/software.
• Proven ASC 606 expertise with complex multi-element arrangements.
• Experience implementing/enhancing revenue systems (e.g., Zuora Revenue) with ERP integration.
• Advanced analytical and technical accounting skills to resolve complex issues.
