📋 Description

• Senior engagement leader on RCM advisory mandates.
• Own client relationships, project timelines, and deliverables.
• Lead multi-workstream engagements across providers and payers.
• Translate mandates into structured workplans with milestones.
• Manage scope, pace, and client expectations throughout engagement.
• Present findings and roadmaps to the C-suite with data context.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Finance/Healthcare Admin; Master's a plus; 10+ yrs RCM leadership.
• Direct RCM project management & client relationships across multi-site or payer env.
• Deep knowledge of RCM practices across patient access, coding, billing, denials.
• Understanding of DRG, APC, RBRVS, and value-based models.
• Experience with RCM systems: EPIC, Athenahealth, Cerner, or eClinicalWorks.
• Strong financial modeling and forecasting; ability to present to executives.
