  • Own and improve revenue forecasting models: pipeline, bookings, and quota attainment.
  • Lead forecasting governance and methodologies across GTM leadership.
  • Oversee pipeline reviews to improve forecast accuracy and predictability.
  • Analyze stage conversion, deal progression, slippage, and forecast variance.
  • Partner with Finance and GTM to support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting.

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 10+ years in Revenue Ops/Analytics, FP&A, BI, Sales Ops, or related analytics.
  • Experience supporting executive leadership and influencing strategy via data-driven insights.
  • Proven SaaS, subscription-based, or high-growth tech experience.
  • Demonstrated forecasting, planning, and performance-management leadership.
  • Advanced proficiency with Salesforce, SQL, Snowflake, Gong, HubSpot, Marketo, Power BI/Tableau, and Excel.
