📋 Description

  • Own Acquisition Ops end to end (QP/NNS) from handoffs to forecast.
  • Operationalize AI across the field; embed AI in SDR/BDR/AEs workflows.
  • Lead Sales Ops and Partner Ops; set standards for rigor and partnership.
  • Drive a single GTM operating model across the revenue lifecycle.
  • Partner with Customer Ops and Revenue Planning & Insights on targets and cadence.
  • Build systems and a trusted single source of truth with data dashboards.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years in revenue/sales ops; proven leader in fast-paced B2B SaaS.
  • Expert in pipeline, QP, NNS, forecasting, territory and quota design.
  • Proven experience operationalizing AI/tools for field sellers.
  • Strong systems/data fluency; partner with Data/Systems on architecture.
  • Cross-functional leadership; align CRO, GMs, Finance around one model.
  • Clear written and verbal communication; fluent in English.
