📋 Description

• Execute an AI-first strategy across our GTM technology stack, systematically automating operational
• Design and deploy AI capabilities and autonomous agents across core revenue workflows—including
• Architect, manage, and continuously optimize our core GTM platform ecosystem, including Salesforce
• Establish and enforce accurate account hierarchies, complex routing rules, and territory mapping to
• Design and implement an enterprise data governance model across the tech stack to guarantee a
• Lead multi-tiered account segmentation (Strategic, Enterprise, and Commercial), capacity modeling

🎯 Requirements

• Based in: [OPEN - North America / Europe]
• 7+ years in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations at a B2B SaaS company, with experience leading a
• Direct experience with building AI workflows and Agents to automate and eliminate manual work with
• Significant hands-on ownership of Salesforce. You build the reports, manage the objects and
• Direct experience with CPQ, deal desk and quote-to-cash
• Comfortable in the data, whether that's SQL or a BI tool, and able to say what it means and what to
