Director, Revenue Operations

📋 Description

• Drive revenue performance via analytics, forecasting, and scalable programs
• Partner with Revenue, Finance, and Exec teams to improve forecast accuracy
• Build forecasting models and KPI frameworks for planning and insights
• Lead quarterly and annual planning with scenario modeling
• Design programs to boost efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability
• Translate analyses into actionable recommendations for executives

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Revenue Ops, Business Ops, Strategy, Analytics, or Finance
• Advanced Salesforce, Gong, Excel, Google Sheets, and BI tools (Tableau/Looker/Power BI)
• Experience building forecasting models, exec dashboards, and performance reporting
• Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives from strategy to execution
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in CRM and revenue tech ecosystems, preferably Salesforce
