📋 Description

• Own Fundraising's revenue operations: data, systems, and process
• Build and lead a team as the function matures
• Act as the go-to liaison between Fundraising and other functions

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in revenue operations, business operations, or a chief-of-staff role
• Demonstrated experience building or owning CRM/pipeline systems (e.g. Salesforce), KPI frameworks
• Strong analytical operator: comfortable structuring ambiguity, setting priorities, and using data
• Proven track record managing cross-functional relationships and influencing senior stakeholders
