📋 Description

• Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for revenue tech.
• Own CRM architecture, governance, and system scalability.
• Design and implement workflows and automations to boost efficiency.
• Lead integration strategy across CRM, marketing, finance, enablement, and ops.
• Ensure data flows reliably across systems and processes.
• Establish governance for data quality, integrity, and usability.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Revenue Systems, Business Systems, or CRM Ops.
• Deep CRM expertise with Gong and Salesforce; Salesforce Admin Certification required.
• Experience designing and managing complex architectures, integrations, and automations.
• Strong understanding of revenue tech ecosystems and go-to-market processes.
• Experience establishing data governance and data quality frameworks.
• Proven success leading large-scale systems implementations and optimization.
