📋 Description

• Lead risk strategy and execution with the CRO
• Define long-term risk operating model and plan
• Oversee Fraud, Credit, Collections, and Operational Risk
• Translate analytics into executable roadmaps for leadership
• Align Product and Engineering on risk-driven priorities
• Build scalable planning cadence and governance

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in strategy, ops, risk, or related leadership in FinTech
• Experience partnering with senior executives to define strategy and drive cross-functional initiatives
• Strong knowledge of financial services risk across Fraud, Credit, Payments
• Strategic thinker with ability to navigate ambiguity and build frameworks
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to influence executives
• Data-driven decision making; comfortable with analytics tools and SQL
