• 5+ years in enterprise software sales in similar markets.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and exceeding targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume sales environment.
• Bilingual - English and Japanese.
