📋 Description

• Drive regional strategy and quota achievement across new logo acquisition and expansion for both
• Build, hire, coach, and retain top-tier frontline Account Executives
• Deliver precise monthly, quarterly, and annual regional revenue forecasts
• Conduct regular deal and pipeline reviews with Sales Managers and Senior AEs
• Coach on complex K-12 procurement, school board approval navigation, and multi-year adoption cycles
• Guide managers in designing and executing comprehensive regional territory plans

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years total K-12 Sales Experience with 5+ years focused on K-12 core curriculum sales (ELA/ELD
• 4+ years Sales Leadership Experience as second-line leader or Senior Sales Manager leading teams to
• Experience leading multi-year core curriculum adoption campaigns
• Track record navigating large enterprise district accounts (20,000+ students)
• Proficiency in MEDDPICC and Challenger sales methodologies
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Gong, Salesloft, and AI-driven workflow tools
