📋 Description

• Drive regional strategy and quota achievement, accountable for meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Build and scale talent: recruit, hire, coach, and retain top-tier frontline Account Executives
• Oversee pipeline and strategic forecasting, delivering precise monthly, quarterly, and annual
• Cultivate a high-performance, people-first culture, leading through frontline leaders
• Coach on deals and pipeline reviews with Sales Managers and Senior AEs, leveraging methodologies
• Guide managers in territory management, overseeing weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years total K-12 sales experience with deep expertise in K-12 EdTech and instructional
• 4+ years sales leadership experience as a second-line leader or Senior Sales Manager leading
• Demonstrated experience leading teams or executing multi-year core curriculum adoption campaigns
• Extensive track record navigating large enterprise district accounts (20,000+ students) and
• Deep proficiency in structured sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Challenger) and sales tech stack
• Willingness to travel up to 30–40% to meet with district/county leaders and support field execution
