📋 Description

• Own the global sales enablement strategy for our AE and SDR teams, aligning every program to
• Define and operationalize our sales methodology, shaping how our teams qualify, pursue, and close
• Drive new hire selling readiness from day one, owning our onboarding curriculum and certification
• Build an everboarding engine that keeps sellers sharp, measuring selling proficiency across the
• Own the sales content strategy and library, making sure sellers can find and use the right assets
• Partner cross-functionally with Product Marketing, GTM leadership, and RevOps to ensure field-ready

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years experience in enablement, sales leadership, or a relevant role; experience in a
• Proven track record of architecting and executing successful sales enablement programs that deliver
• Experience at high-growth startups is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to take broad visions and concepts and develop structured plans, actions, and
