📋 Description

• Lead the Eastern region Strategic Sales Engineering team.
• Recruit and hire top SEs and SE Managers as we expand coverage.
• Provide technical leadership to Sales Teams for customer solutions.
• Demonstrate SME on Rubrik products, architectures, file systems, SAN storage.
• Make technical/sales presentations to customer staff and execs.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with customers and internal teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of sales engineering management in software or data center.
• 5+ years of enterprise and strategic account experience.
• Driven, highly energetic with a hands-on, can-do approach.
• Broad knowledge in cloud data management, backup and disaster recovery.
• Expertise in data analytics and distributed architectures.
• Entrepreneurial, resourceful with a 'get it done' attitude.
