Director, Sales Finance

📋 Description

• Lead FP&A for go-to-market org; top-line revenue and expenses
• Manage headcount planning; build models for hiring plans
• Forecast and manage departmental operating expenses
• Prepare monthly/quarterly GTM reports with variance analysis
• Identify financial risks and opportunities for the business
• Build long-range scenarios and capacity models

🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years in FP&A/Strategic Finance/Corporate Finance leadership in SaaS or cybersecurity
• Strong executive presence; communicate complex financial insights to senior leadership
• Deep understanding of SaaS metrics (TCV, ARR, CAC) and bookings
• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or STEM; MBA/CPA preferred
• Experience partnering with go-to-market leaders to influence strategic decisions
• Track record operating driver-based models and improving forecast accuracy
