📋 Description

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales representatives by establishing clear expectations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent relevant
• 5+ years of experience in sales or business operations, with a strong record of commercial
• 2+ years of experience directly managing HCM Account Executives or comparable enterprise/B2B sales
• Demonstrated experience leading, motivating, and developing sales teams with accountability for
• Experience selling payroll, HR, time and attendance, or related workforce management solutions to
• Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, customer needs, market dynamics, pipeline development

🎁 Benefits
