Director – Sales (India & SE Asia)

📋 Description

• Define and execute regional sales strategies to drive growth across India and Southeast Asia
• Own the entire sales process from prospecting to deal closure
• Build, manage, and expand relationships with large banking and financial services clients
• Understand customer business objectives and collaborate with internal teams to develop digital
• Lead RFP responses and manage complex enterprise sales engagements
• Maintain client relationships, drive renewals, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• At least 12 years of experience in sales, business development, or strategic account management
• Proven track record of building and expanding relationships with banks and financial institutions
• Demonstrated success in managing the complete enterprise sales cycle
• Strong understanding of digital banking solutions and banking technology platforms
• Experience managing complex, RFP-driven sales engagements
• Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans and achieve revenue objectives
