📋 Description

  • Hire and build Pune Sales Operations team, partnering with Global Sales Strategy & Ops.
  • Define mid- to long-term strategy for India's Sales Ops Center of Excellence.
  • Manage day-to-day activities of the India-based Sales Operations team.
  • Lead cross-functional projects with Sales Ops, Client Services, IT and Data teams.
  • Define and manage GTM data and dashboard intake processes.
  • Identify process optimization opportunities using best practices.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years of Sales Ops experience in High-Tech or SaaS.
  • 5+ years in Sales Ops leadership; experience building India-based teams.
  • Proven ability to define strategy, execute global projects, and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Engage across levels of a large global org; present complex data clearly.
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and BI skills with executive-ready storytelling.
  • Experience with Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, Salesforce, Clari, ZoomInfo, Outreach.
