📋 Description

• Lead the global sanctions strategy, policy framework, and second-line governance across all
• Provide independent oversight of first-line screening operations and set global standards for
• Act as global escalation point for complex sanctions nexus determinations, voluntary
• Partner with Data, Product, and Engineering to co-design and validate screening algorithms and
• Lead the roadmap for AI-assisted sanctions screening and real-time capabilities.
• Manage regulatory examinations, supervisory inquiries, and due diligence reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in sanctions compliance and financial crime risk management.
• Executive leadership experience with cross-regional teams in second-line-of-defence.
• Deep expertise in cross-border payments, multi-currency structures, foreign exchange, platform
• Expert knowledge of global sanctions regimes (OFAC, EU, UK OFSI, UN, MAS, HKMA, AUSTRAC).
• Experience overseeing screening operations.
• Experience with modern sanctions technology (AI/NLP, graph databases, automated alert disposition).
