Director, SCC Operations

📋 Description

• Establish a high level of safety awareness among the team through communication, education
• Create a culture where exceptional people desire to work to their highest level and are appreciated
• Develop & implement operational controls to ensure that KPI results are effectively monitored
• Develop comprehensive, measurable goals using the competency model for each team leader that drive
• Develop and execute to EBITDA annual budget, including but not limited to expense and capital
• Develop and review strategy for improving KPIs including, but not limited to safety, on-time

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field required, preferably in Logistics or Supply Chain
• 5-7 years of proven leadership in supply chain, distribution, transportation, manufacturing, with
• Ability to lead and create transformational change
• Clear understanding and demonstrated lean principles and practices
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
• Goal and results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement
