Director, School Systems Coach

📋 Description

• Partner with school and district leaders to identify instructional priorities, analyze needs, and
• Co-design coaching and instructional supports aligned with school priorities, student data
• Design and facilitate equity-centered professional learning experiences for teachers and
• Coach educators in analyzing student data and implementing high-quality ELA curricula effectively.
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with teachers, school leaders, district stakeholders, and
• Maintain accurate coaching plans, notes, documentation, and partner deliverables.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field required.
• At least 5 years of K–12 ELA teaching experience, with demonstrated evidence of positive student
• At least 3 years of instructional coaching or teacher leadership experience.
• Demonstrated experience supporting multilingual learners and students with IEPs.
• Experience implementing high-quality ELA curricula and translating curriculum expectations into

🎁 Benefits

• $73.02 per hour pay rate.
• Part-time, fixed-term W2 position at approximately 20 hours per week, averaging 20 hours weekly
• Two-year contracted term, with potential renewal based on district renewals, instructional needs
• Remote work within the United States, with eligibility limited to candidates within three hours’
• Up to approximately 10% travel for in-person coaching and partner engagements.
