📋 Description

• Direct, manage, and lead security engineering and operations teams.
• Set strategy and roadmap; translate into prioritized objectives.
• Hands-on in engineering, architecture, and incident response.
• Own on-call rotation and after-hours escalation.
• Design, implement, and harden security controls across environments.
• Build security automation and integrations (SOAR, IaC guardrails).

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in information security with 4+ years in lead/management.
• Proven people-management track record in security.
• Hands-on expertise in security engineering and operations.
• Experience with CrowdStrike Falcon (EDR) and SIEM/SOAR.
• Cloud security (AWS) and zero-trust architecture.
• MITRE ATT&CK framework knowledge and TTP mapping.
