📋 Description

• Develop and communicate the overall strategy for site security, aligning it with SpaceX’s business
• Become the trusted security advisor to senior management and leaders across the organization
• Establish procedures and protocols to assess, identify, and mitigate any security vulnerabilities
• Maintain a positive, professional environment in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations
• Identify, prioritize, develop, and implement security measures, emergency preparedness and response
• Participate in local, state, and federal working or advisory groups to stay updated on

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 12+ years of experience in the field of security
• 7+ years of security management experience supervising and directing staff across a wide range of
• Experience with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)
