📋 Description

• Draft and prosecute US/foreign patent apps across pipeline & ML platform
• Manage inventorship, ownership, and assignment across jurisdictions
• Shape IP strategy and asset lifecycle for AI-native pharma
• Monitor patent filings, publications, and competitor landscape
• Trademark & trade secret portfolio management and protection
• Lead FTO, patentability, validity, and infringement analyses

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. with active bar membership and USPTO (patent) registration
• Ph.D. in a life-science field
• 8–10+ years patent prosecution experience in pharma/biopharma
• Experience on innovator & fast-follower sides (FTO, licensing)
• Broad IP toolkit across patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and copyright
• Nucleic-acid and/or antibody therapeutics; AI/ML knowledge
