📋 Description

• Lead, manage, and develop the Revenue Operations team, including the RevOps Lead and Associates, by
• Define and execute payer contracting strategy, including negotiating rates and terms, managing the
• Oversee billing operations and establish high standards for claims accuracy, coding integrity
• Own the end-to-end denials management process by monitoring trends across payers and reason codes
• Build cross-functional processes with Patient Support, Provider Operations, Growth, Product, and
• Manage payer remittance and financial reconciliation, including matching ERA/EOB remittances and

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7+ years of overall revenue cycle management experience, including at least 2–3+ years managing a
• Candidates with more extensive and progressively responsible experience, particularly in payer
• Strong knowledge of payer contracting, medical billing, claims submission, coding integrity
• Experience negotiating payer contracts and managing relationships across commercial, Medicaid, and
• Demonstrated ability to investigate revenue cycle issues at their source, identifying whether
• Strong analytical capabilities, including experience building and maintaining reports and trackers
