📋 Description

• Define and execute Fora's organic search strategy across traditional and AI-powered platforms.
• Build technical foundations, experiments, and scalable SEO systems.
• Own long-term SEO and GEO vision and technical direction.
• Collaborate with Content, Engineering, Analytics, Marketing, and partners.
• Hands-on IC who builds AI agents and automates SEO workflows.
• Manage agency relationships as needed and translate insights into actions.

🎯 Requirements

• Seven+ years leading SEO strategy for consumer, marketplace, or tech.
• Deep technical SEO: crawling, indexation, architecture, structured data, schema, Core Web Vitals.
• Hands-on scripting, AI agents, APIs, and automation to improve SEO workflows.
• Experience developing AI-powered search, generative/answer engine optimization.
• Proficiency with Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog; ChatGPT.
• Data-driven with ability to prioritize roadmaps and measure impact.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Product, Content, Brand, Analytics, Marketing.
• Ability to operate independently and own initiatives.
