📋 Description

  • Own a book of business representing $5,000,000 to $8,000,000+ ARR.
  • Direct client relationships; ensure delivery quality, timeliness, satisfaction.
  • Lead client project plans, governance, and stewardship.
  • Deliver day-to-day service delivery; organize regular client meetings.
  • Hire, develop, and coach a team of service delivery professionals.
  • Collaborate with Product, Technology, Billing, and IT on rollouts.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or equivalent.
  • 8–12+ years in benefits administration and/or HR tech.
  • 8+ years direct client relationship management in benefits.
  • Significant health & welfare client relationship management experience.
  • 5+ years of people management experience.
  • Detailed knowledge of employee benefits and benefits tech solutions.
