📋 Description

• Lead shipboard HR and crew management across the fleet.
• Partner with shoreside HR and leadership to align strategy.
• Oversee third party crew management partners and KPIs.
• Own shipboard crew budgets including wages and travel.
• Ensure compliance with maritime labor standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years progressive maritime HR/crew leadership.
• Previous shipboard HR experience.
• Experience partnering with operational leaders.
• Experience managing employee relations and investigations.
• Experience managing third party crew partners.
• Crew lifecycle KPIs: recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, travel, payroll.
