Director, Silicon Logical Design

📋 Description

• Lead and scale Graphcore's Logical Design group within Silicon.
• Define strategy, technical direction, and delivery for silicon RTL and microarchitecture.
• Partner with Architecture, Physical Design, Verification, DFT and PM teams to ensure on-time
• Guide multi-site RTL/microarchitecture teams and evolve design flows.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and maintain world-class design standards for performance

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in digital logical design, micro-architecture and RTL development for large
• Strong leadership to grow and mentor RTL teams and manage global, multi-site programs.
• Technical ownership of micro-architecture specification, RTL development, and robust sign-off
• Expertise with SystemVerilog and/or VHDL; advanced design-for-test methodologies; strong scripting
• Proven track record delivering on tight schedules with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
