Director, Silicon Verification

📋 Description

• Lead a multi-site verification organisation within Graphcore’s silicon program.
• Define verification strategies across RTL, infrastructure, and delivery to ensure high-quality AI
• Collaborate with Architecture, Logical/Physical Design, DFT, Systems, and Program Management.
• Drive test plans, coverage, debug strategy and sign-off for complex SoCs.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven leadership of verification teams in CPU/SoC/ASIC environments.
• Experience with functional coverage, debug sign-off, and verification planning.
• Strong knowledge of SystemVerilog, Python, C++, Linux, UVM, SVA; proficient in tooling (Git
• Ability to build scalable verification methodologies and globally distributed teams.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and risk management skills.
