Director, Site Start up

📋 Description

• Lead the Site Start-up (SSU) department and guide strategy, people, processes, and systems.
• Collaborate across functions to ensure SSU delivery and client satisfaction (IRB/EC submissions, CA
• Partner with Head of Site Start Up on SSU framework, intelligence, tools and risk mitigation.
• Support cross-functional planning and governance of SSU activities globally and regionally.
• Drive change management for global structure evolution and PfM growth.
• Oversee large or complex SSU programs, KPI development, and continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors in life sciences or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 12 years in clinical research with extensive SSU experience.
• Experience with CRO environment and people management.
• Expert knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and clinical development processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with MS Office and clinical software (CTMS, eTMF, EDC).
