Director, Site Start up

📋 Description

• Lead the Site Start-up (SSU) department and shape SSU strategy, people, processes and systems.
• Collaborate with functions to ensure SSU delivery and client satisfaction (IRB/EC, CA submissions
• Partner with Head of Site Start Up to develop SSU framework, tools and KPIs.
• Support SSU collaboration with Clinical Operations and cross-functional teams globally/regionally.
• Drive change management and evolution of PfM global structure for growth.
• Oversee large/complex SSU programs and manage escalations and remediation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree in life sciences or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 12 years in clinical research with extensive SSU experience.
• Experience working for a Clinical Research Organisation (CRO).
• Experience in people management and leadership track record.
• Expert knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and clinical development; strong stakeholder skills.
• Proven leadership, organization, and communication skills; proficiency with MS Office and clinical
