Director, Site Start Up

📋 Description

• Lead the Site Start-up (SSU) department and guide strategy for growth, people, processes, and
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, project management, and cross-functional teams to plan and
• Oversee IRB/EC submissions, CA submissions, site contracts, budgets, and related start-up
• Establish the PFМ SSU framework, including tools, methodologies, risk evaluations, and mitigations.
• Drive SSU program leadership for large or complex programs, manage escalations, and ensure timely
• Partner with Global Resourcing to meet cost, time, and quality goals; support client meetings and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors in life sciences or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 12 years in clinical research with extensive SSU experience.
• Strong leadership experience and expert knowledge of GCP/ICH and clinical development.
• Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, and resource management skills; proficient in MS Office
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service; strategic planning and change
• Fluency in English.
