• Lead the leaders: Recruit, hire, and develop Senior Managers; create promotion paths into
• Drive technical wins: Own the technical win across SLED; define and defend the coverage model
• Own the SLED problem set: Ensure site assessment quality; manage proofs of concept, ensuring they
• Represent the customer inside Skydio: Be the aggregated customer voice to Product and Engineering

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant technical experience in customer-facing roles
• 2+ years leading leaders or managing multi-layer teams
• Proven track record of building and scaling technical teams through fast growth
• Strong understanding of drone technology, sUAS operations, and regulatory compliance (Drone as
• Working knowledge of Public Safety technologies (CAD, VMS, streaming platforms)
• Fluency in commercial aspects: forecasts, deal strategy, resource allocation
