📋 Description

• Lead and grow the software engineering org; strategy and architecture.
• Align engineering with business goals across hardware, production, and cloud.
• Drive improvements to the value of subscription hardware: performance, UX, reliability.
• Ensure tools used by the software team evolve to boost productivity and quality.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and Product Management to align initiatives.
• Enhance and scale architecture to support diverse apps (dental, automotive, sports).

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with software-enabled hardware and cloud experience.
• AWS, Linux, C++, Kubernetes, Terraform, React, WebGL, PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, Bazel.
• Proven leadership experience in manufacturing or tech-driven industries.
• Strong strategic and analytical skills; track record delivering software for hardware.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to drive clarity.
