🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience mentoring multiple engineering teams.
• Strong architectural background for distributed systems and web apps.
• Deep experience with AWS or GCP and cloud-native patterns.
• Proficient in designing RESTful APIs and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong CS fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, systems design.
• Backend languages: Java, Ruby, Go, C++; Golang a plus.
