📋 Description

• Lead technical direction for Software Engineering on Azure and set architecture standards.
• Drive delivery excellence and practice maturity across Azure engagements.
• Oversee architecture decisions, security alignment, and maintainability.
• Champion modern engineering approaches and AI-assisted development with secure adoption.
• Lead growth, mentorship, and governance across Software Engineering teams.
• Partner with client stakeholders to ensure high-value, measurable outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 14+ years in application development and modern cloud-native delivery.
• 5+ years in application architecture and leading development teams.
• Azure strongly preferred; AWS or GCP acceptable for cloud workloads.
• Experience leading hybrid and distributed teams across time zones.
• Experience in consulting or professional services environment.
• Proven success leading large client engagements with delivery quality and financial performance.
