📋 Description

• Lead discovery with prospective clients across a range of industries to understand their
• Analyze work order, spend, vendor, lease responsibility, and other available data to establish a
• Build client-specific business cases that quantify potential value, state assumptions clearly, and
• Develop proposals and executive presentations that connect Lessen's capabilities to each client's
• Help clients evaluate value beyond price — visibility into FM cost and performance, service
• Partner with sales, operations, product, and implementation teams to shape solutions Lessen can

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in management consulting, solution consulting, value consulting, corporate real estate, or
• Exposure to Commercial Facilities Management, spanning both hard services (HVAC, electrical
• Strong understanding of dispersed, multisite portfolios — how organizations plan, budget, and
• Strong financial modeling skills and the judgment to build credible business cases from incomplete
• Experience presenting complex findings and recommendations to executive audiences in clear
• Advanced Excel and presentation skills.
