📋 Description

• Own the SC demo environment vision, architecture, and roadmap.
• Drive on-demand, AI-assisted demos to reduce SC prep time.
• Ensure demo reliability, uptime, and full product coverage.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to prioritize demo investments.
• Lead SC readiness for new product launches with cross-functional teams.
• Build scalable launch playbooks and knowledge assets for enablement.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in Solution Consulting or related technical pre-sales.
• 5+ years people management experience.
• Contact center industry experience; familiarity with Five9 or competitors.
• Experience designing or managing demo environments, sandbox infra, or pre-sales assets.
• Practical knowledge of AI and automation — experience with LLMs or AI assistants.
