📋 Description

  • Provide sales leadership with technical support throughout the sales process
  • Be a regional SME for RAN, OSS, and Core across 2G/4G/5G
  • Document complete solutions with diagrams and benefits
  • Track industry trends via self-study and formal training
  • Communicate customer requirements to development/implementation teams
  • Develop technical sales materials for customer engagements
  • Support regional and global sales and marketing targets
  • Build relationships with key technical stakeholders and MNOs

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in Solution Sales Engineering with MNOs
  • Deep RAN/OSS/Core knowledge across 2G/4G/5G – Must
  • Extensive knowledge of MNOs and cellular networks – Must
  • Strong verbal/written skills with technical executives – Must
  • Excellent organization; able to articulate and gain mind share
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
  • Travel up to 30% to meet clients in the region
