📋 Description

• Lead and manage the AMER Startups SA team, including training and career development.
• Ensure technical excellence across the pre-sales cycle.
• Provide hands-on support for key accounts (presentations, architecture reviews).
• Oversee and coach SA engagement on strategic accounts and critical deals.
• Partner with engineering to provide product feedback from the field.
• Develop repeatable plays from trends across your team.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in Solutions/Sales Engineering or similar pre-sales, with 5+ years in leadership.
• Strong background in web tech: JavaScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, APIs.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and scale technical teams in a high-growth environment.
• Demonstrated success with enterprise and commercial customers across industries.
• Strong understanding of modern software development workflows (CI/CD, DevOps, frontend frameworks).
• Experience collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering to drive customer success.
